RTU with Snow Sensor

Large well known electronics company data center which is mission critical. This was a n+1 back up unit for this data center performance requirements were to start and run at -30 degrees F with 12.5 cooling. Head pressure controlled condenser dampers, actuators rated at 300% of the normal torque requirements to assure opening with ice and snow. Snow sensor and associated control logic to open dampers and start condenser fans to remove snow. Heaters applied to condenser fans motors, control cabinets, and associated devices to allow start and run operations at -30F. Project is located in the US northwest and sold to the JCI agent.
